How do we optimize the firewood’s efficacy?
Which are the species of wood we shall utilize?
The professionals informed and advised consumers along the amazing activity organized in some French regions between 15th and 23rd of October 2011: The days France Bois Bûche. The log is the first renewable energy used in France, with a total consumption of 51 millions m3 for 6,75 millions of heat devices. On this occasion, two more new regions joined the project: Pays de la Loire and Bourgogne.
The national quality labels and regional labels are meant for developing the potential of wood industry in France, fighting against the illegal work and presenting some guaranties in front of the consumers: an offer of selected wood, the respect for demand quantities, the control over the wood’s moisture, a clear information. The days France Bois Bûche had the purpose to aware the national and regional labels and, in particularity, to make famous the capacity of their products to propose a good solution concerning the firewood. The activities that were proposed, in partnership with professionals, associations and different organizations, had the purpose to inform and advise the consumers: paying visits to companies, conferences, debates, exhibitions, demonstrations, competitions etc.
