House construction and authorisations in the US have reduced in april, reaching a minimum value, indicating that the American construction industry still hasn`t stabilised.
Dates provided by the Department of Commerce have shown that the number of new houses in construction has reduced in april by 12.8 %, at an annual rate adjunsted at 458. 000 units, the smallest value recorded since January 1959.
Analists were expecting an annual tare iof 520.000 units for April. Also, the number of issued construction authorisations, which indicate the evolution of the real estate sector has dropped by 3.3%, to 494.000 units, in comparisson to 511.000 units recorded in March.
