Our company is based in Campulung Moldovenesc, in the county of Suceava in Romania and is located in the region called Bukovina, famous for its many monasteries and beautiful landscapes.
This part of Romania is also known for working wood, that it is handmade (sculptures, icons) or more industrial (building houses, furniture factory ...).
For our part, we chose the field of construction of wooden houses. This area of work is a real passion for us and we are very proud to have this passion to our profession.

Our work led us to know and master various construction techniques and in different sizes. That is why we can offer our services in the following areas:

All our products can, at the request of the customer, be treated against fungi, insects and fire.
We can also handle these products by autoclave.
The choice of technique depends upon the wishes of each.

The timbers
The technique of planks stacked uses solid wood planks or glued. Each piece is assembled by the previous létanchéité grooves allowing the wall to the air. This technique of construction of a great simplicity of implementation allows a unique humidity control on house. A good knowledge of construction techniques is still required to comply with the settlement with the woodwork.

The timber frame
This construction technique is used most in the world. It is characterized by the amounts of lossature that determine the height of upper floor. The timbers are of small cross section. The amounts are set on low and high rails. The levels are independent of each other. The first level serves as a platform for mounting the next level. The top runner gets the floor joists of upper floor above. The floor can then accommodate lossature mounted on the upper level. The last level receives the girders of the frame.

The technique "Post & Beam"
A house built using the technique of pole beam uses a structure of poles (vertical) and beams (horizontal) solid wood or laminated. This stable frame receives détages floor joists, purlins and trusses supporting the roof. The posts strong section may be remote dun or more meters, which allows great architectural freedom. The filling between the poles can be provided by opaque panels or large windows.
