Scandinavian Timber Ltd is a quality timber frame/panel house manufacturer and builder from Latvia, Riga. We have experience in building mostly in France and Switzerland. You can receive pictures and references of our works in France and Switzerland by request.
Our company has obtained certification that allows decennial insurance (L’assurance de responsabilité civile décennale) on the factory`s products to be proposed to each client requesting this from QAMB.
Our houses has obtained BBC label. So every house we build meets BBC norms.
Depending on the size of the house prices start from 400 EUR/sqm DDU France/Switzerland/Norway which includes:
- All panels/structure (external, internal walls, ceiling, roof etc.)
- External Pine cladding
- Wooden windows with 2 layer glass
- External doors
- Internal doors
- Delivery DDU
- Assembly/Contruction of the panels on site
- Accomodation of workers
We can produce and build:
• Timber Frame Houses / Wooden panel Houses (Ossature bois)
• All types of Timber frame like homes, holliday houses, villas, offices, warehouses and other
