The working cycle starts with delivery of wet sawdust by a loader on board feeder with scraper and smooth speed regulation of the shift. From the board feeder sawdust goes to the separator of thicker cuts, where it is filtered from the larger wooden parts, boards and stones. Filtered sawdust goes to the wet source warehouse.



Wet sawdust goes from silos to dryer board conveyor which automatically measures it in faster or shorter way depending on water content of the sawdust (it is fully automatic system with microprocessor controller). At this moment it is dried from 55-60% humidity to 12-14%. Dry source goes to the expansion container where dry sawdust is divided from water vapour and drying agent. Dry material is picked up from dryer`s expansion container by spiral conveyor outside, where the water content is measured, which is used to the automatic dryers controller. Drying agent and water vapour goes through the cyclone where is cleaned from volatile substances and goes to the atmosphere.
